“100 Years in the Pursuit of Justice”

Presenter: George Griffin
Worship Leader: Cary Ragsdale

For most Americans, any discussion of the fight for social justice in this country must include the tireless work of the American Civil Liberties  Union. For 100 years, the ACLU has been in the forefront of the struggles for civil liberties, integration, the organization of labor, and more. Volusia-Flagler ACLU Chapter President George Griffin will give examples of ACLU victories and losses during its first 100 years and consider the issues likely to face us over the next 100 years.

Everyone is welcome. Come early! Stay late! You are welcome here!
